During your testing you might want to pretend to be different visitors to your site. Click "Pretend to be a new visitor" to reset the chat as a new vistor.
As part of being a pro customer, you will have the ability to test your bot with a dedicated test account. To log into your test account, log into https://www.olark.com/login with the test account's your sales eng will set up for you.
Some customers like to test with one person pretending to be an angent and one pretending to be a visitor.
